first-in-last-out is how you get trained？ everyone order burgers and fries, nothing special here. I am the first one order food in store and two/ three people after us, we are the last one get the order with no straws and napkin.

Oh dear. The only reason I went to Harvey’s is for the poutine because the gravy is vegetarian. I have a hard time finding a poutine I can eat. I’d love to know why I had to sit in the drive thru for 12 minutes when there was no one in line inside and no other cars in the drive thru. Anytime I’ve ever been here, I’ve had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, for “fast food”. The fries were cold, gravy was lukewarm, cheese curds were half frozen. Gross. What a mess.

Ordered a bacon and cheeseburger and only got 1 tiny slice of bacon. It was $1 30 more than my sons non bacon cheeseburger. It was about the size of a bandaid and the burgers were kind of cold. I haven't had Harvey's in about 20 years and it will be the last time. Wendy's is WAY better even though they take forever and screw up your order alot.
Popped in on the weekend with my family around noon. This young guy curley hair comes up to take our order. Absolutely no hello, no emotions, just blank. He didn't even talk!!! He keep looking for his manager to take over of which he did.
Ok, burger-flipping young guy finished the burgers and gives them to a young woman who was going to build the burger. Ask for the works with mustard, mayo, and harv sauce. Just slaps on the ugliest veggies, huge squirt of mustard (now the burger is ruined) hands it over to me on a tray. Zero care given…
Crush cream soda slushy!? What is that? Take that slushy and give it back to them. Tastes nothing like crush cream soda.

Harvey’s in New Minus can’t seem to keep staff. They are always shorthanded. Today there was only one female staff member working in the whole store. I felt so bad for her. She was run off her feet. The store has no business opening when they can’t serve customers in a timely manner. I put the blame on management!!! She deserves to be paid double for working the job of four today. September 25/24
