UPDATE: I have to give credit where credit is due, I went in per the managers request to replace my meal. And I am not from the area and didn’t want the food that moment. The manager on duty was extremely respectful and very very helpful and we came to a conclusion that worked for everyone. Despite the issues I had, they definitely redeemed themselves with the service I got today.
Honestly the worst Harvey’s I’ve probably been to. Potentially the worst drive thru food I’ve been to as well. For one the drive thru to get 3 burgers took well over 15-20 minutes. Plus the guy was in front of us when we pulled in, stopped to decide what we wanted, then went through drive thru, ordered and he was still there and hadn’t even paid yet. Also when she finally got around to opening the window so we could pay, 2/3 drinks had broken lids so I had to ask for new ones. Also come to find all 3 burgers we ordered were made incorrectly. Surprise surprise. Ordered a junior cheese burger, double burger with garlic aioli and cheeseburger with no tomatoes. We got a junior burger no cheese, double burger with no tomatoes and a regular burger with garlic aioli and spicy chipotle. 🙃
Overall just not a great experience and I love Harvey’s. But I will not be visiting here again.

Floors and tables were very dirty. Very small amount of shredded wilted Lettuce on a messy burger. The amount of chicken on the wrap didn't fill half of the wrap.

I will never eat there again. The lady cooking the burgers didn't have a hair net on and her hair was in a half bun/pony tail. The bathroom was so dirty. I was there 2 hours after it opened. There is no way it got that dirty in such a short time. The garbage can was full and there were spider webs and god knows what on the walls. There was only one table available to eat at that wasn't covered food. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.
