The restaurant was dirty, the wait for the food was very long, and when received it was cold. The washroom was not clean. Considering only one person was seated and three people were waiting in line it wasn't a good experience. Not a complicated order. We won't return.

Raw Burger - Beware. Had the 2 burger special Nov 12 ~ 6 pm (if Mgt wishes to talk to Cook). Burger was red in the middle. I was hungry and couldn’t be bothered going back inside. Mistake. Had food poisoning a day later and it had to be the burgers undercooked cuz that’s all I ate before getting sick. I won’t be rushing back but I’m definitely breaking every burger open now before eating and not taking anymore chances.

Went to New Minas Harvey's Drive through. Once at window the lady couldn't scan my Scene Card. Need to get another employee to assist after three attempts. Gave her cash to pay for order and she dropped the coins on the ground. Spent over 20 minutes waiting on my order. The same employee above handed me drinks, which I had already gotten. Finally got my order but same employee didn't close the bag, letting all the heat escape. When I got the order home, the food was disgusting. Everything was cold. The burger was not what I ordered and didn't have the right toppings. Regret spending my money here with so many other good choices in the area. I will never eat here again, and I suggest you don't either.

After ordering I waited 40 minutes at the counter. Finally asked where my order was and got no response. I asked to speak to the manager. She was very helpful. Refunded my money and had my order ready I five minutes. I still don't know what the holdup was but I am very happy with the manager response.

Not surprised to see the other reviews, I genuinely don’t know how this franchise is still in business. The employees are either lazy or just straight up incompetent. Acting like they don’t see you, waiting over 20 minutes for two fries and a drink (and that was after we waited a while and started to pay attention to the time, so it was probably more like 30). Get it together, it’s embarrassing.

Came here with family after apple picking to a pretty bad experience, all high chairs are visibly dirty and sticky, table tops too. Ordered food had to wait a very long time as the person behind the counter kept leaving the area. No less than 10 burgers under a light waiting for people getting cold. Forgot cheese on a burger and then tosaes on a cold slice that never melted. Food was cold when we got it. Also peoples orders were being made out of order. Staff inproperly trained. This falls back to poor managment and ownership. Do better!

Terrible experience. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. They sent us to our seats with our burgers. They said the fries weren't ready and would bring them to us. They never did. We finished our burgers and went up to ask for our fries. The kid say he forgot and was rude. Never going back.
Very disappointed today coming out of the city to my local area floors were sticky as hell the food was cold burgers were dry the staff wasn't the best could get a dimple order right had to repeat it 3 times for a simple combo and burger meal.tables weren't clean store was to cool for this time of the year.

I waited four and a half minutes before I saw a human being. When the person did appear they were grumpy and unfriendly. I placed my order and was told to wait 15 minutes for two burgers and two fries and a Swiss chalet dip. The individual dressing burgers had to leave twice to get toppings. Then proceeded to give me my order without the dipping sauce and had to go get that as well. I drove home 6 minutes away. Everything was cold. It was one of the worst takeout experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning. I ate at the Bridgewater Harvey's about a month ago and had a much better experience.

My wife ordered takeout today, Oct. 1 at roughly 4 pm. She had to wait for 4 minutes for the order to be taken, and 15 minutes for it to be prepared. It's an 8-minute drive home. The burgers and fries were cold and stale tasting. Worst Harvey's takeout I've ever had. Will NOT be back.
