After ordering I waited 40 minutes at the counter. Finally asked where my order was and got no response. I asked to speak to the manager. She was very helpful. Refunded my money and had my order ready I five minutes. I still don't know what the holdup was but I am very happy with the manager response.

It’s always a delight to dine at this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff are polite, humble, and efficient. The manager is clearly leading the team with great skill — I noticed him actively training the staff and ensuring everything ran smoothly. He even took the time to visit our table to check how our meals were, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming.
