The food is exceptional but time and again the service is abrupt verging on rude. The service is a huge part of the dining out experience. They are falling way short in that dept.

I don’t want to drag these guys too bad but man, be careful when ordering takeout. I ordered on DoorDash and got there at the 45 minute ETA. I waited in there for an extra hour for it to be ready. They also cancelled 1/3 of my order as I sat there. The things we usually get are good (red curry, mango salad, basil noodles, veggie rolls) but my god, the pork buns were so bad. They must have microwaved them and they were so hard I couldn’t eat them. We usually have much better luck.

I love the Chicken Balls and Cherry Sauce, the Sweet Chili stir-fry was good but spicy. Beef and Broccoli and Balck pepper beef stir fry are soooo Good.

Unfortunately they have hired one new staff member, and she is extremely rude and unprofessional! We ordered food tonight over the phone, not only did she get our order completely wrong she got mad at us the customers when we pointed out that she messed up our order. The food is still great, and they still have lots of allergy friendly options. But unfortunately I would suggest only going when the owner themselves are working.

I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience. The service was pretty bad—our waitress barely checked on us, and when she did, there was a clear language barrier that made communication frustrating. The worst part? My mom never even got her meal. We tried to address it, but instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, the waitress just wasn’t very nice about it. By the end of the meal, it was clear that customer service wasn’t a priority here. Definitely not worth a return visit.
Went to our favorite Restaurant last night to enjoy delicious food. Ended up being ignored by staff for 40 minutes. 2 ladies working I never seen before. We walked out after they kept taking everyone else order that came in after us.

I ordered the chicken pad Thai and the beef buns. The chicken pad thai was a bit bland, I would recommend ordering peanut sauce on the side with it, it really helped with the flavor. I did really enjoy the beef buns, especially with the sweet sauce they serve it with.

My second time here! Loved the first time! Apps we good, and served quickly! My sister pretty well finished her meal by the time we got ours(they were very busy with DoorDash) I hate that my meal was awful, I had pineapple rice with chicken (if you could find chicken ), bland, and dry and dusty rice served in a cold pineapple shell …I had to ask for sauce, as the only way to choke it down! My sisters husband had the shrimp dinner, only 3 shrimp and a plate of dry noodles. My partner had mango chicken( all carrots), just sauce some chicken, and a load of carrots, no rice or noodles! When I told lovely waitress, she said sorry about the meal was so mediocre. She was nice! I’ll never go back, sorry, but a 125.00 for a tasteless uninteresting , and bland meal!
