I went through the Drive-through and ordered a Big Arch meal, the Filipina taking the orders told me they were out of Big Arches, I asked again and spoke my words clear, I will have a Big Arch meal, she replied again, I am sorry sir, we don't have any. I order something else instead and when I went to the second window, I asked another Filipina when will the Big Arches be available? she said let me ask the kitchen, then another Filipina came to the window and asked me if I wanted to order a Big Arch, I said yes but told them that the person taking the orders said that they don't have any, I was then told they do so I ordered one and was told to drive to the third window which I did, I waited for another 7 minutes to get what I wanted in the first place. They need to hire people who understand english, I have a feeling the filipina thought that I was asking for a ranch wrap or something else, by the way, I have nothing against Filipino people, I married a Filipina.

Have been through the drive through twice in the last month, both times they forgot the nuggets which is the main part of the meal and we didn’t realize till we got home, which is 30 minutes away. Not saying that we aren’t to blame for not checking right away. They should’ve checked the bags before they handed them to us.

This is a solid go-to junk good restaurant. Staff were friendly, and the food was edible. The building was filthy. Dirty windows, and there was not one clean table to sit at. The washrooms were disgusting this day. Have to hope the cooking area and equipment are looked after a lot better then the rest of the place

Most of the time customer service is normal to any McDonald’s, but occasionally you’ll get some of the worst customer service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Also don’t expect a fast turn around - it might be “fast food” but there’s nothing fast about it.

I don't eat it here, usually only getting a quick breakfast! If anything, but when I do. The hashbrowns are mostly toasted to perfection and the sausage and egg mcmuffin is a great start to the day.
