Absolutely horrendous. Ordered a rice bowl, falafel and smoothie. The falafel was rock hard and didn’t even come with the sauce I ordered. The portion for the rice bowl was good but if only they didn’t load it up like a salad. The rice was stale and very little. Chicken was non existent. Added massive amounts of green pepper even though I didn’t choose the option. Smoothie was somewhat decent. In conclusion, don’t order unless your in front of them making sure you get what you ordered. If you order delivery, prepare to be disappointed.

Always really consistent food and generous portions. Service can be slow sometimes though.
Don’t waist your time, service is horrible. They said order will take 10 minutes and they made us wait over 40 minutes.

I had the Buffalo chicken rice bowl. It was delicious but I had never been there before and had a hard time understanding the male employee ... No volume and language barrier.. he seemed upset at me for this ... I found that odd.

Don't waste your money here. Service was horrible. I asked them to take the money off my points and when I got home realized that they didn't scan it properly so the rewards didn't come off the price. I should have got the receipt. The veggies all looked old. The lettuce wilted and mushrooms were scary. The two staff members had terrible customer service. I don't know who owns this place but it is going downhill. And the taste was blah. The price outrageous $24 for two pitas. Won't be going back.

I went here the other day before a drive home and wasn't impressed.
This is a run of the mill Pita Pit (AT BEST) I guess. Cobwebs in the corners of the vent hood as well as greasy walls in the cook area the higher up you get. The hood is above shoulder level so no shocker really.
Some of the toppings options were not made available however and I ordered around 5pm. Red onions, hot and sweet green peppers.
BUT, the food leftovers on some of the empty tables and ALL the floors under the tables bothered me more. Just sets an unwelcoming vib.
Empty tables should be cleaned above and below immediately after use.
An employee was maybe on break, in the front corner window bar seat the entire time I was there (before i ordered my pita and for at least 15 mins throughout my order time) and another in the back so no short handedness to do the expected work.
The svc was average and the food was good. The atmosphere is sadly below standard however for most busier restaurants I've be in.
