Went in tonight guy behind the counter was on his phone while taking orders, was not busy yet took 25 mins to get one pita also got a smoothie pita was gone before I got my smoothie even then I had to go to the counter and get it smoothie was horrible, I’ve worked fast food and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had

Service was slow, they both didn't seem to understand the requests given. When asked if I wanted green pepper, onion and mushroom, I said no, and they put it on anyway. My wife asked for no tomato, and he ignored (or didn't understand). The pita was mediocre, and not worth the $30 paid for two pitas.

Hubby and l stopped in last night for a quick bite to eat. The two fellas working were very friendly and prompt. Our order was taken and it came time to tell them what veggies we wanted. I had the Buffalo chicken Caesar wrap. I asked him to put on the recommended ingredients that were on the menu board EXCEPT tomatoes. He then proceeded to put tomatoes on my pita, I spoke up and said "no! I don't want tomatoes", so he proceeded to add more tomato... I don't mind tomato but it tends to make things like bread soggy. And, the that's exactly what happened. I ended up throwing about a third in the compost bin at the restaurant. Hubby ordered a chicken wrap and was asked if he wanted onions mushrooms and green peppers on the grill he said he'd love some grilled onions. He in turn got mushrooms and green peppers along with the onions... Overall pretty disappointing. Certainly not worth $31...

The food here is healthy and delicious and great value. They are very good at dealing with gluten-free and I've never experienced cross-contamination. The people who work here work so hard and do an exceptional job of keeping up with the orders. However, shame on the owners and management of this new minus location. There are never enough people working to handle the volume. They need to step up. And I really hope they appreciate their staff and pay them accordingly.
