Worst experience with this restaurant. I ordered online for footlong veggie patty sub and footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki. And they made the worst one as they didn’t add any veggie patty in sub and the veggies were not in it properly. Didn’t wrapped properly. What’s the matter of ordering veggie patty sub if there’s no patty in it.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve had at any subway this subway used to be amazing before they got rid of Donna now it is absolutely trash. I recommend going to the Colebrook one over this one because this one is just not at the staff are not friendly. they don’t smile at you nothing do not recommend going here because the veggies are usually soggy as well before you even get them. it feels like they don’t even prep properly.

Placed an online order. Asked to add crispy onions since there was no option to add on an online platform. Called restaurant later. the staff just said no since they don’t see it on the system. Poor service. Need better staff as per the location. Never going back again.

Getting the correct order from the new staff here is almost impossible. I received my sub while they were sweeping and hadn’t washed their hands. I will never come back here.

The new owners of the new minas subway should be ashamed of yourselfs, barley and bread was made, barley any cookies, I ended up getting bread I didn’t even like because they only had herb and cheese, the veggies didn’t taste fresh, what I asked for veggies is not what I got on them and my sandwich is swimming in sauce.. 110% disappointing subway used to be my favorite but not anymore..

Subway has always been my favorite fast food place. I enjoy my sub cut properly from the middle, as it makes it easier and more comfortable for me to eat.
During my recent visit, I politely asked the worker if she could cut the sub from the middle, explaining why I preferred it that way. However, she seemed frustrated and quickly cut the second sub without much care, saying, “I have been working in Subway for so long and this is the correct way!” Noticing her frustration, I tried to keep things calm and said, “It’s okay, don’t worry about making a new one, just continue with the one you made.” I repeated that it was fine, trying to ease the situation. But she angrily said that she wouldn’t continue making the sub and someone else would do it instead.
I became so nervous from the interaction that when the other person took over, I just told them to make it the regular way and couldn’t even express which veggies I didn’t want. It was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience, especially at a place I’ve always liked. One person’s poor attitude really ruined the whole visit.
Got a meatball sub and the meat balls were cold. They also rushed us through our order. Not to mention it’s 1:00 in the afternoon and then admitted that they were in there sense 7am
