Went at 5:00 pm on Mon Dec 9 for supper. Only a few people in the restaurant. Slow service. When meal arrived, the fries were on the cold side of lukewarm. I ate two - they had obviously been sitting for a period of time. When the server finally came, I mentioned it and asked for fresh fries. She said she'd be back without taking the plate, and went into the kitchen. When she didn't come back after 10 minutes I simply left. Very disappointed in the food and poor quality of service. Update Dec 11 - Thinking it might be helpful, I followed the owner's request to go to the website to submit a review. Ironically, it will not allow me as I do not have a cheque number. Owner obviously did not read my Google review in its entirety :(

Waitress looked like she was mad at everyone Kitchen staff were arguing with each other and it could be heard in the seating area. Terrible atmosphere, slow service although the food came quickly after we were finally able to order

Our server was Jamie. She was amazing very attentive came back several times and asked if we needed anything. She was very polite and sweet. Thank you Jamie for a great experience and a enjoyable meal. New

I’m not one to complain or post about restaurants but tonight really got me . I went to have supper and I waited to be seated a very long time and I was the only one waiting . One waitress finally came and said wait I’ll get a booth . I then waited awhile again and another waitress took care of me the other waitress said sorry I got distracted. This was close to 5 mins Then a waited for about 10/15 minutes and no one came to my table . Then this couple arrived and sat behind me and within minutes the waiter was taking their order. I said to the table next to me that I’m was leaving due to poor service and the waiter looked at me and said “ I’m only one person “ I said they just got here and you’ve passed by my table many times . As I was walking away he said bye In a sarcastic manner . We don’t go to this restaurant often due to bad experiences but I thought I’d give it another try . The last time someone In the kitchen was yelling and swearing so bad I thought of calling the police . Very disappointed and the server should have done something to fix it . I know lots of businesses are short staffed, but this wasn’t the case

Food is always good. Plates are full. Price reasonable. Waitress was fairly new but did well. The manager noticed there might be a slight issue and jumped in to help. Always a good experience.

My husband and I went in today for a take out. We were told they weren't offering takeouts, only enough chicken for eat ins. We were tempted to go sit, order and have a few bites and ask for a take out container. We won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

Never been to a slower Swiss. With only 12 tables full (albeit some larger groups), the staff were simply overwhelmed. This is an ownership/management issue that is simply unacceptable.
Tables not bussed, 15 minutes to place an order, 45+ for food. Simply not acceptable.
This isn’t the fault of staff, but rather the fault of owners or managers who (1) don’t have a clue, or (2) are unwilling to do what’s required for staff to provide the service they desperately want to.

We tried to eat here today but as soon as we sat down the table and booth were dirty and sticky. Even the floor was sticky and had food everywhere. The bathroom stunk like an outhouse. We couldn’t stay to order our food and left within five mins.

Absolutely disgusted. After waiting almost an hour for a take out order that we were told would only be 15 mins, the server came over to us to tell us they didn't have dark meat and to reorder. So in all that time they didn't even look at the order. We had to get a refund. Plus, being asked to wait in the Harvey's for my swiss chalot is so unprofessional. Will never be back.
