Food was ok, fries a little dry. Our waitress was fantastic, heard us debating if we should order extra chalet sauce and just brought us extra even though we didnt end up ordering it! The bathroom was gross. Toilet paper dispenser didnt work well, so there were bits of crumpled toilet paper all over the floor and a suspicious smear on the wall near the toilet paper.

Had an amazing dining experience at Swiss Chalet! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious — especially the signature rotisserie chicken. Everything was served fresh and hot, and the service was quick and efficient.

We stopped at Swiss Chalet on the way home and ordered wings with sauce on the side, plus extra Chalet sauce. Unfortunately, the wings came covered in sauce instead, and there was no Chalet sauce included at all. Maybe it was because we went through the drive-thru, but it was disappointing not to get what we ordered
