The Bayside has the best soft serve ice cream, with a ton of different topping options. Their burgers and sandwiches are great, but french fries taste like they're from frozen so nothing special. We usually stop by 3 or 4 times a season and always enjoy it!
Bayside is a fun place to go for a quick bite to eat! Feels very old fashioned and would be great in the evening time. The Bayside burger was good but I'd go with a different one next time.
Very quaint small campground right on the water! Beautiful views! Small sandy beach just perfect! Full services but only 20 amp hydro. Plenty of room for our 30ft 5th wheel. Close to Sydney and Glace Bay. Too bad we had rainy cold weather when we were here. Definitely a diamond in the rough. I’d call ahead to reserve in peak season. Cash or etrans only!
