Pizza was fantastic but the girl at the counter helping herself to the rest of my money wasn’t pleasant. Gathering my bills to put back in my wallet and she helped herself to my other $5 in change that was still on the counter. Right in her tip cup it went. I just wasn’t finished collecting my money.

Awesome and friendly staff. Delicious food served fast. Great dining area not to packed and peaceful. Was the first time in months that I actually sat at a table and not in my work truck to eat warm food for once with 0 disturbances. AAA+ on everything. Couldn't have asked for better. Quality staff and accommodations.

Full disclosure, I've never had a bad experience with Big Daddy before. They've always been consistently excellent, and my wife and I consider ourselves fans and cheerleaders for their pizza. Until last night, that is. Friday night. And that may just be the problem right there. It's been suggested that you shouldn't be getting pizza from Big Daddy on a Friday night. Either we forgot the warning, or we didn't entirely believe it. But. Anyway. Too late now, but if I could go back in time and not order a pizza there last night, I absolutely would.
First clue was when we dropped in to order. The kitchen was bouncing. Extra large veggie? Sure, it'll be about an hour and fifteen minutes. A clue that they were really busy, but okay, it'll be worth waiting for, right? Wrong. I rolled up later to pick up the goodies, brought em home, only to find what I have to describe as an extra lame pizza. The surface area was extra large, yes. But the volume of toppings didn't justify the description. XL to me means an abundance of toppings, but these barely covered the crust. Maybe they were so busy they had to ration toppings? Possibly. I know this isn't usually an issue with these guys (unlike some other pizza place I reviewed a while back, lol). So that was bad enough, though maybe understandable. But the crust, the crust was disastrous. And almost unforgiveable. Not being a baker, I have no idea what went wrong, but it had entirely failed to rise. Normally, the crust here is a delight; chewy and fluffy with a nice crusty crunch. But on Friday, it was flat, in places barely an eighth of an inch thick, and barren, devoid of toppings. And not remotely chewy.
We've had great pizza from here in the past, and I know we will have great pizza here again in the future. And when that happens, I'll balance this with a more positive review. But I think it's going to be a long long time before I get pizza here again on a Friday.

Consistently very good pizza, donairs air good also. I would rate 5 stars except some wait times are over 1 hr and like other local food establishments prices are way over the top, so like other local food establishments we have cut our spending here significantly.

Best pizzeria style Pizza you will ever have. Lots of toppings and exclusively use Only HORYL'S Pepperoni and also have amazing Subs and Burgers, especially Steak Sub. Own homemade donair meat which makes a great pizza and both super donair (with cheese) and Regular donair all reasonably priced. Best part is 100% locally owned and operated for over 25years.
