Purchased a large combo which I’ve ordered here many times and was always satisfied, But this time if was burned almost black . Called back and told the Indian guy that answered and he didn’t care at all. Kept saying ( It Good It Good ) want NOT Good . I’ll never recommend this place again. It use to be good . I guess the owner doesn’t care about his customers.

It was getting late, I didn't feel like cooking and Big Daddy's wasn't answering the phone, so I figured I'd give Fat Boys a try. We ordered a medium combination and 1lb of wings. I would rate the pizza a solid 7/10. The dough was soft and not too thick, a decent amount of sauce, a generous layering of pepperoni, a nice thick layer of cheese and a reasonable smattering of mushrooms and green peppers. Everyone I dealt with from the phone call to pick up was polite and it took less than 20 minutes. I know it's often impossible to get through to Big Daddy's because it's the town favourite, so give Fat Boys a chance, it might surprise you.

I would not order pizza on a weekend from this place going forward. This is the 4th time in the last 5 or 6 orders that they burned the pizza to the point where we just threw it out. This time we did call up to tell them this and they did take us out two more pizzas, awe were stuck because it was a kid's birthday party....but yet again one was burnt and the other was nearly there as well. It's unfortunate because Fat Boys has been known for their pizza in New Waterford accross Canada for decades. Unfortunately I think those days are over.

I went down to order a pizza, and they turned me down. They said they were too busy, but then they said to call in 15 minutes to order your pizza. Thirty minutes later, I called back to order my pizza, and they were out of almost all the toppings, so I asked them if they could put in extra cheese instead, and it was okay. After reserving the pizza, no extra cheese and the pizza was not great at all.
People who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt. Wasn't a busy night or anything but I was talked down

Their pizza is terrible. But everything else isnt that bad. Their customer service isnt that great either. The only reason I put 3 stars is because their garlic buns are pretty good.
