I just bought a wrap from Subway Plummer Ave in New Waterford … my subway girl was Faith …. I’m all my years getting wraps from subway … she just blew everyone out of the water… best wrap I ever had and best wrapping job all time … haha … she was so pumped when I told her what a great job she did…. Cheers to Faith… she should get a raise !!!

Place is clean, food is horrible, they didn’t properly train anyone there on how to make a sub, half of both of my subs were falling apart and soggy, also the cheese wasn’t fully melted and they were both ice cold. service wasn’t absolutely horrible considering they only have one person working usually but it’s by far the worst subway in cape Breton.

I went to the subway in New Waterford a few days ago. The place was extremely clean, and Kade quickly took my order. I don't know what it is with the way he makes subs, they're just so much better! Best sub I've ever had. 10/10. All of the staff are so nice and patient as well.

The man working is so good at his job. He deserves double the pay considering he’s doing double the work he should be. There’s no reason why one person should be working here, taking orders as well as doing up online orders. Props to him for keeping calm & staying as positive & friendly as he is. No one should wait 40 mins for a sub.
