If I could make it minus 5 stars I would. Worst BLT breakfast bagel I have had in my life. Soggy bagel, undercooked bacon, iceberg lettuce that limp and wet with some kind of white stuff that was supposed to be cream cheese but definitely was not! my friend had a breakfast biscuit which was supposed to be a bagel and it was just as bad. Both hash browns were so limp and undercooked we couldn't eat them because they just fell apart. Absolutely disgusting

Mayo???I’m a simple girl who wanted a simple sandwich. What I received was an abomination. Twas limp at it was wet. Hash browns: LIMP. Bagel: WET. What should have been a memorable lunch turned into a spiral of shame and mayonnaise. The bag was soaked. People around me were commenting about the smell of egg and oil. In conclusion, to quote the bard, “what a piece of work is bagel.”

Stopped in to grab a few things as this location has a mix of options (Greco, Petro Canada, Robins Donuts, etc) and used to stop in often on our way to Windsor. While waiting to pay for my chocolate bar, I observed approx. 5 flies in the donut/muffin case landing all over the food (the big black house flies). Nobody seemed to take notice nor care so I brought it to their attention. A guy waved his hand in the case trying to get them out and then looked over at another employee and spoke in Hindi. After a short time and me getting to the counter to buy my bar, they stopped trying to get them out and left everything in there. The back of the display was completely open, and they saw all the flies but didn’t seem to care, it was gross. Then I was over charged for my bar (she charged me for a larger more expensive bar) and when I brought it to the cashiers attention she argued with me that I was wrong. I had to explain why it wasn’t as expensive as she charged and the difference in the products, even though she worked there and she continued to tell me I was wrong 3 times. I had to ask her for the Manager who informed her I was correct, and eventually got the difference I was owed. Definitely not friendly service, and just overall lack of cleanliness and hygiene (one of the males behind the counter, out of 3 men and 1 woman, had sweat stains in his armpits and none of them cracked a smile whatsoever even when taking/giving orders/payment).

Not only was there a hair in my sandwhich, the lid for my hot chocolate was faulty and splashed all over me. Gotta love robins
today while me and my fiance were out we stopped in and ordered some food, a breakfast sandwich, sub, coffee and two cookies... to start my sausage was ice cold, and the eggs were gross, the cookies were harder then Steel, the lettuce on the sub was flurescent yellow and the coffee was nasty....
