“Went for a drive last weekend notice their sign on the side of the road so we decided to stop. Was not much in store at the time would love to have tried the cinnamon buns everyone raves about. But did buy some banana bread and sour dough bread and both were awesome. We will be back for sure hopefully when the cinnamon buns are fresh out of the oven. Stop in and give them a try you won’t be disappointed for sure.”

We had pizza with “the works” and donairs with “the works” (plus cheese), both were absolutely delicious!! The owners, Darlene and Neil, are so nice and very welcoming, food was amazing and we had a great conversation while I was waiting for our order. “Went there in August. This place is beautiful and the people there are so welcoming and helpful. I'm not much of a wine drinker but wanted to try their wine. The girls were so patient and talked with me and my boyfriend and figured out what wines would suit us best and she did a perfect job. All the wines we tried, tasted amazing.”

A down home menu with generous portions, baked beans and fish cakes to rival my Gram Winnie Rafuse's (sorry Gram) and fast friendly and efficient staff. great service and a charming family friendly atmosphere. If you miss our grandmother or moms cooking, Lisa has your back. Take home a loaf of homemade brown bread or a homemade peanut bitter pie....you will very glad you did.”

“An Italian vibe in a Nova Scotian vineyard, with a focus on red wine and thin crust pizza. They have a courtyard which you can dine in year round, with a giant open fireplace for more than just ambiance. A view of Mt. Martock as well. My wife enjoys wine more than I do and really liked the red we had. The Italian Dip and thin crust pizza were both great. Service was excellent (it was very quiet at the time.)”

“Had a ABSOLUTELY AWESOME Breakfast Pizza. What's fresh and homemade all the ingredients were absolutely spot on the flavor was amazing and just the right amount of salt. Had a nice thin crispy base which I like and it reminded me of Italy just a little bit. The coffee here is awesome and there's always a pot on the go. And absolute must visit, if you'd like to have a little sweet with your coffee I suggest the coconut macaroon, this macaroon was fresh moist and didn't leave too many coconut pieces in my mouth. “An excellent restaurant/pub for getting together with friends and/or family. The owner and staff are very friendly and the menu items are delicious - some items a little more up-scale from regular pub fare. Menu items are always served in a timely manner and very hot. It seems that there is very good coordination between the serving staff and the kitchen.”

“Our household loves Goldhouse. The food here is so good and consistent in it's quality. We regularly order from here when my husband works in the city and brings it home on his way through. They are busy so you have to make sure you call a head to order. They will be moving to a new location in June and will have a temporary closure due to that.”

“Very open and bright restaurant. Tried there Burger wars burger and it was awesome it's called the big smoke and has big chunks of ribs and a awesome house.made smokey BBQ sauce . The bun was excellent as well price was 18$ with fries but I opted for the poutine which they can serve with beef or chicken gravy. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Me my wife and daughter enjoy this place and is deta comfort thing for us to go once and awhileWheelchair accessibility: No stairs very accessible handicap parking isn't offered unfortunately”

“I have been ordering here at least once a week for 9 years. Love the thin crust and great flavor. Sauce is absolutely delicious, I always order a little extra. The donair sauce is delicious too. No other pizza like it in NS, it stands out alone. It's not like those other pizza places where they use cheap ingredients that give you heartburn after eating it. Bella Roma makes a fantastic pizza, up there with the best of them.Cheers- Matt.”

“Some of the Nicest girls around. This is my Favorite Tim's, quick and easy transactions. There are so many People Complaining about Customer Service but realistically these people are just Mad at Themselves and Life in General. We all know someone that Sips their Coffee and says "Needs another 1/8 of a Teaspoon of Sugar" lol what they need is a Diet, not another 1/8 of sugar ?. Those people are just salty in life anyway so don't mind the Bad Reviews, the girls here are awesome. If you like Tim's Coffee and Smiling Ladies in the Morning then this is your kind of place.”
