Nice and friendly staff. However they are quite understaffed there. Food isn't the greatest and coffee isn't that fresh. Tim Hortons in general has gone way down hill and too expensive.
I love Tim Horton's coffee like most Canadians, however I find it very frustrating now with all the choices of hot and cold beverages. I find a lot of the staff don't know how to make them, so it takes a longer time to get your large black. With the emphasise on drive thru and all the beverages they now serve longer waits are very annoying.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The café is clean, well-organized and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious and served at the perfect temperature.
