I visited your tim Hortons for the first time today. I was a bit confused as I am from nova Scotia but the girl at the front counter I believe her name was Ashmeer or Ashmeet she helped me a lot, and was patient.

I waited at the front of the line for over 10 minutes and not one employee would even look at me to take my order. Went on Google maps and went to another location 10 minutes away. After looking at other reviews I’m glad I did.

Actually tried their new pizza. Was very good. Better than expected. Paid extra dollar for approximately a teaspoon of dipping sauce. Dont really need it...remember for next time.

If you want to save yourself valuable time, stay away from this Tim Hortons. This Tim Hortons is the slowest I've ever been to. Really had to wait half an hour for soup. The employee lacks the management skills necessary to oversee the order backlog. Additionally, this guy misprepared my order. This branch, in my opinion, needs some top managers' oversight. Although Tim Hortons is known for their rapid service, this particular store is doing the exact opposite! I'm sorry about the one star, but not really. I'm hoping that this will improve this branch for the better. No one apologized for the delays either.

Too bad that they have no idea how to make London Fog. It tasted like regular tea. Not only did they not use two tea bags for a large, there was no steamed milk in it at all. Also, there were 7 people behind the counter, but only one served walk-ins, at least two didn't know what to do and 4 served drive through.

This Tim Hortons’ quality on food and service is below a standard level 9/10 times. The long lines are not cause by popularity but rather people accumulating due to long wait times. Half the items on the menu are unavailable. Food orders are put together incorrectly. Staff come in on days off walk to the back and prepare themselves food and drinks. Overall it is unsanitary, unprofessional and unappealing.
