Very slow and always run out of mix for the ice Cap every second week. Should post outside that there is no ice Cap available so you don't have to stand in line for 20 minutes to find this out. On the plus side the employees are nice and the place is very clean
This Horton definitely makes me omit this chain for the future. We stopped to grab sth hot for dinner on the way to St John. Half of the menu unavailable, for the other one there are missing ingredients. We finally got small cold wraps that definitely didn’t match the advertised calories. The only thing that was as expected was the latte. BTW, the restrooms looked like nobody’ve been there for a while to clean them up…

Only went through the drive thru, and this hasn't been my first time. There is always such a long wait time we sat at the speaker for 8 mins as we timed it and didn't get to the window till 15 mins later, and this is a small location. Maybe it would be a better experience in the dining areaParking: There isn't a lot of parking unless you go to the Irving next to it
