Was wondering if anyone had been in Oxford Tim’s fr first week of Nov to December of 2021, notice any thing wrong with the handicap door ?
Coffee was good, but wait time was horribly long. No fault to those working, as it was obvious they were understaffed. According to folks in the area, its a common thing for this particular spot for 15 minute+ waits, and they never have enough people.

Tim Hortons provides a welcoming experience with helpful staff. Their new pizza is a pleasant surprise, exceeding expectations. However, be prepared for long wait times. The store is very busy and needs a good cleaning as it is very dirty and the bathroom is smelly. While some employees are training, there is always someone close by to ensure a smooth transaction. Service can be disappointing with orders sometimes incorrect, like a bagel just toasted without cream cheese and butter, and items like hash browns not available.
