Once again Tim Hortons Staff failed to process our order after it was placed. I had to return to the counter & find out what was taking so long.. It was never started!After we received our order, it was not correct & required a redo.This has taken place with different shift workers so it is a common problem with the staff.The problem is the staff are on point with the drive through orders... but not so with the orders placed within the restaurant!At least the food is good...
I love this location especially when Heather is serving me. She is always pleasant, friendly, and accurate with my orders. There are, however, other staff that should never be in the customer service industry.
Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 coffees. Staff were friendly and possibly short staffed. There were only a couple cars in front of me in the drive thru. I have been here on many occasions where they were much busier and had quick service.
