It's mediocre at best. The food is typically alright but orders are often incomplete. The service is wildly inconsistent, some workers are lovely and others are irritating. It's not a nice place to eat in at in any regard. I wouldn't call it clean but it's not terrible compared to some locations. It's generally okay if you don't care what you're eating, but I would much rather support local businesses who care about our community.
Nuggets were fresh and very tasty
Great before you board Ferry. One of the better McD's. The newest in Northern Nova Scotia. Probably the Friendliest.

McDonald's reviews vary, with some customers expressing dissatisfaction and others sharing positive experiences. Critics argue that the food is often cold, improperly prepared, and orders are frequently incorrect. They also mention poor customer service, including one instance of an employee showing rude behavior. However, some customers enjoy the regular staff's politeness and friendliness. The cleanliness and taste of the iced coffee have been praised, with many appreciating the good quality of the beverages, especially the iced coffee enjoyed twice a day by some customers. The dining area has received positive comments for its modern and stylish look, with cool McDonald's themed artworks on the wall. Customers also mention that the store is conveniently located and provides surprisingly good food compared to other local options. On the downside, there was a complaint about a sign indicating the store would be back in 5 minutes, which was not true, causing inconvenience. Overall, customers have had mixed experiences with this McDonald's location, but many appreciate the friendly staff and the inviting environment.
