Dined here while staying at Maritime Inn Port Hawkesbury. Good family style Restaurant with a bar. Seemed popular with the locals as it was busy on a Sunday evening. Our waitress Pam started us off with drinks. I like that they offered ½ carafes of wine. We chose the Crobster Dip for an appetizer. For dinner I had the Half Rack of falloff the bone Ribs and my spouse chose the Ginger Beef. We split the Blueberry Lemon Cake for dessert. Great food and service.

A group of four, all had hot, tasty food nicely served, well portioned with the exception of me. I ordered a bowl of seafood chowder with a side of garlic bread. The soup was very tasty almost hot enough but ... it was served with a teaspoon to eat it with. The order of garlic bread served with it was one tiny slice of French bread plus one tea biscuit. The tea biscuit was rock hard, totally inedible. Another person at the table had a cup of the same chowder. It was almost...

A local recommended to eat here and it was a good choice. The waitresses were friendly and the food was good! Loved the chowder and pulled pork! My husband enjoyed his pan-fried haddock too. He always loves the option of pan-fried over battered.
