If you're in the Annapolis Valley, take a detour to this area where Barrelling Tide is just one of the awesome spots. They've got a lot of options ranging from vodka, rum, gin and a bunch of flavoured liqueurs. You can sample as many as you liked and I'd personally suggest their one off stone fruit gin which was not my favourite but interesting and worth a try regardless. I purchased a bottle of 5 Fathoms Rum for my neighbours 50th year anniversary.. unfortunately he passed a way 3 days before .. he was a Navy man spent his life in Submarines and loved his Rum..but he never got the chance to taste this, so the bottle has sat .. waiting for the right moment.. so last night I decided to see what it tastes like.. put my normal 3 ice cubes in the glass poured a couple ounces in.. and took a taste ..
