Loved the atmosphere at The Noodle Guy — the open kitchen and rustic valley vibes make it such a cozy spot. The homemade cheesy pasta shells were absolutely phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

We drove from the South Shore to Wolfville for the day, had an incredible lunch at the Noodle Guy, loved it soooo much we bought fresh pasta and sauce to take home. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the service was, in our opinion, an example for others to learn from and we would definitely make the almost 2 hour drive to eat here again, wish you had a second location over here! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

We went to The Noodle Guy for supper and the place was absolutely packed, with about a 15–20 minute wait for a table. Just a note that it closes at 7, which feels a bit early if you’re a later eater.
I ordered the ravioli with caramelized onion and it was delicious, though the bread on the side was a bit dry (I had to ask for butter). My partner had the tagliatelle but wasn’t a big fan and wished he had gone with the shells in three cheese sauce instead. They were also out of shrimp, which we had been looking forward to trying, so that was a little disappointing.
For dessert, we shared the chocolate cake and the carrot cake - both were delicious and ones I’d definitely get again. Service was a bit slow, but overall it was a decent experience and worth trying if you’re in the area.

This noodly guy has a passion for noodles and food more generally and it's infectious. Bought some soba noodles on the way out and made a killer cold soba salad at home.
This place is the real deal for food lovers! Wish I lived closer.
Wonderful all around. Noodles made in house were delicious. 100 percent recommend.

We ordered ramen with chicken and a house salad. Ramen felt like something you can do at home with cheap grocery noodles and broth. Chicken felt like it was just a pulled meat from a rotisserie chicken from Costco. Somehow the marinated egg was really sour. Same with the broth. By the end it tasted sour too so I didn't even finish it. The salad didn't have a good dressing. Even the salad was too sour. Did not have those issues in any other place so probably will not return to the noodle guy.

We had the ravioli and noodle guy stir fry, with chix added, were both yummy and filling. Service is always pleasant, you're made to feel welcome.

I love this place! The meal was delicious! Generous portions at reasonable prices. The service was exceptional. I even had a chat with Ross, The Noodle Guy himself! Very nice fellow. I will definitely dine here again when I next visit Port Williams.

Great tasting noodles and perfect spot to stop by and grab lunch. We really enjoyed the spaghetti, but the stir fry was a little too sweet for our taste.
Inside was a bit hot during lunch time, not sure if the AC was running.

Absolutely loved this place! From the friendly and attentive staff to the amazingly delicious food, I’d definitely recommend to eat here if you get a chance. There was a bit of a wait as the restaurant was full, but it was 100% worth it!!!

This is a hidden gem handmade pastas 🤩 we absolutely loved both our dishes. The portions were enough we both had to take some home. Service was awesome and very quick we waited less then 10mins for our food. They also sell the pasta and sauces they make fresh.
