Delish. Cant wait to go back. I had the soba noodles and love them. I want to try the whole menu.

Was really excited to try The Noodle Guy and then was unfortunately quite disappointed by the experience. We had the soba and tagliatelle and while nothing was outright *bad*, if noodles are going to be your thing I’m going to have a high standard, which unfortunately was not met. The dishes were extremely dry and the noodles were way too thick for each of their types — not a great combo. Service was not very friendly either. Overall a really mediocre experience.

Amazing delicious food, wonderful staff and such a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return for another yummy meal. Even with multiple food restrictions I was able to have a meal that was not only incredibly tasty, but looked just like the meals other diners were enjoying! MacKayla and Sarah are such assets to this wonderful restaurant!!

Really awesome place with varied and delicious menu options. Very cozy, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, our table ordered just about one of everything and shared around. The noodles are great and home made with care, all their sauces are flavorful and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Can't say enough good things, it really lived up to all the great things I've heard and I will absolutely be coming back!

Only complaint is I ordered takeout and once I drove 40mins home and started to eat, something crunchy was in my noodles. It was a staple... Not sure how they managed that once, but it was still good nonetheless.

I was really craving ramen and this spot is the only one that actually makes it in the valley. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was just awesome; it was my first time and I was impressed. When she gave me the ramen, it looked absolutely stunning but it’s too bad that’s where the good part ends; I wish it tasted as good as it looked. Unfortunately, the ramen is just too americanized and has no flavour or seasoning, at all. All it was, was boiled packaged beef broth with some vegetables, noodles (best part) and pickled egg with a sprinkle of sesame. It just isn’t what ramen is meant to be or taste. However, I’d love to come again and try something else.

I have been coming here for years and never tire of the absolutely incredible food, wonderful service, and comfortable atmosphere. Either out with friends, or a date, or just hungry by yourself there is no better place to eat than Noodle Guy.My absolute favourite dish is the ravioli with the caramelized onions, it is absolutely to die for. My only complaint is that there isn't more ravioli in a serving but honestly bottomless ravioli wouldn't be enough for me.The dessert that you HAVE to try is their carrot cake. It's fluffy, creamy, and so full of flavour. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would.
