The staff engaged in arguments, and to make matters worse, all our drinks, for a group of eight, were made incorrectly with no sugar, despite our requests. The employees insisted that chai tea lattes don't come with sugar, leaving us unsatisfied and confused.

Its a bad experience as the sugar level is zero in coffee and chai tea. We are a group of 8 people and in each of cup had no sugar when we complain they were arguing with us instead of apologising.
