I was struggling to find restaurants around the south end of Nova Scotia that had complete lobster dinners in November, but this little place did not disappoint! They requested I ordered it ahead of time so I went ahead and made a reservation. When I arrived I also ordered the swordfish steak dinner to go. Great atmosphere, great staff, and excellent food. I'm told this is where all the local fishermen go to get a good fish dinner!

Delicious! Have the haddock (which was caught fresh locally) lightly breaded. Can't go wrong. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

(Note: there is limited dine-in & parking space.)

Wow wow wow! The quality, the service, the variety were amazing. I really appreciated that there was the option to get the seafood battered or pan-seared (gluten-free and healthier). The salad was beautiful and had just enough lobster, and the seafood chowder was light and tasty. Everything was just perfect and I hope we can come back again during our vacation!

I live in BC I have had friends bring me scallops (frozen) from home (shelburne) 2 times now they have brought me several bags from 2 places, one was Mr Fish. Both times I immediately knew which ones came from Mr Fish because they tasted so much better!

Our local campground host (Lockport campground) recommended we check this place out if we wanted an awesome fish and chips. Awesome it was!
I had the lobster poutine and my husband had the two piece fish and chips with dressing (a Newfoundland thing) and gravy.
The lobster poutine was creamy, cheesy and loaded with lobster meat.
There fish and chips came on seperate plates so the gravy wouldn't make the fish soggy. Define bonus points there!
All of it was delicious.
The list pies sounded equally delicious but we were happily stuffed by the time we finished our plates.
Highly recommend!
To the owner (you should put a fin n feather combo on the menu! )
We'll definitely be back.

The place is clean, the service is genuine, and they do their fry ups really well! I’m from Baja Mexico and didn’t have high expectations when I ordered the fish tacos (I thought 2 wasn’t enough) but I was impressed and very full!!!
