This is a Diner! Nothing fancy. But wonderful staff & awesome clams/fish & chips. The 5 of us arrived with no preconceived thoughts and were pleasantly surprised. I can see why this is a neighborhood staple. Fresh seafood, lightly coated and seasoned. It was a hit with all of us. The staff were friendly & helpful. This will be our new Go-to when we travel in that direction. PS lots of other options available if you are not into fish.

So my friends and I came from Ohio and traveled this gorgeous coastline for almost two weeks in August 2025. My mission was to taste test every deep fried haddock fish and chips I could find, a limit of once a day, though! We ate at food trucks as well as fancypants restaurants. The deep fried haddock at this unassuming lunch stop was hands down THE BEST of all. The haddock was perfection, yes, but the batter was the lightest most melt-in-your-mouth coating ever with not a speck of grease. It was delicious! Bravo and I can't wait to return someday.

Homely little diner that hasn't changed in the last 15-20 years much. Staff is usually very friendly and the food is always consistent and decent. Have had a few hilarious incidences here at this restaurant and was always welcomed back in the next day A1 guys

It reminded us of a school cafeteria! Food was as expected, burgers were good, chicken fingers were probably pre packed but were cooked properly, fries are McCain fries, not overly greasy!.. wait staff was quiet n fairly quick.
We have been going to this place for over 40 years. We have moved away and lived throughout Canada for most of our lives, but whenever we come home to Lockeport for a visit we always order the pizza with the works. It has always been consistently delicious with plenty of toppings. The chicken is amazing also as well as dining in to fish and chips or the cheeseburger platter with gravy. If you are in Shelburne this is a must stop and make sure you bring your appetite. Enjoy!
