Every second trip they make my coffee wrong or get my timbits mixed up, when you’re going to a coffee shop to get a coffee you shouldn’t have to take your coffee back every second time and have a new one made because they can’t make your coffee right, when you pay $2.65 for a cup of coffee it should be right every time, no expectations.

i get a vanilla iced coffee everytime i’m there. every second time i get one they get it wrong and have to remake it! not very good service having to get them remade 99% of the time! $3.69 for an iced coffee it should be good everytime!

For starters, use manners. Slowest drive thru I have ever been in. After our 10+ minute wait in the drive thru turns out they have no bacon, long buns or rice. We got to the window and the cashier was rude, didn't tell us our total and practically threw our drinks at us without telling us what they were. I will be avoiding this Tim Hortons in the future. Absolute disgrace.
After leaving the drive thru my hot chocolate tasted like water, was luke warm and the cup was only 3/4 full.
Glad I spent my money here.... not.
