Tim Hortons in Shelburne NS has great customer service and is clean. As a frequent visitor to Shelburne I Love that they are open 24hrs a day. And even though they are extremely busy especially the drive thru they seem to get you through pretty fast. Keep up the great work.

Tim Hortons is a great place for breakfast, food, and drinks. The baking items are always fresh and ready early in the morning, which is perfect for starting the day. Breakfast sandwiches and wraps are tasty, and the coffee and drinks are consistently good. Service is fast and staff are friendly. Always a reliable stop.

I had a very upsetting experience at Tim Hortons, 85 Ohio Rd, Shelburne, NS, today at 12:50 PM. I ordered a medium double-double and one hash brown. The restaurant was not busy—there were only two customers ahead of me.
I received my coffee quickly, but then waited nearly 15 minutes for a single hash brown. During this time, another customer who arrived after me and ordered multiple items received their entire order before I did.
No explanation, update, or apology was given. I was left standing at the counter while staff continued serving others. I was in my work uniform, and the situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially with people watching and wondering why I was still waiting.
This experience felt unfair and disrespectful. Regardless of who the customer is, everyone deserves to be acknowledged and served in the order they arrive. I strongly encourage management to review staff behavior, communication, and order handling to ensure equal and respectful treatment for all customers.
Regardless of the location, the service is mediocre at best if you're lucky. 13 minute wait at highfield location Friday morning for a tea, coffee, bagel and a breakfast sandwich. Then had to return because they messed up BOTH food orders

I don't like their coffee or the place since Brazilian company owns it coffee always old food tastes like leftovers doughnuts taste like frozen never fresh nothing fresh there.

I visit this location daily, I love the dark roast coffee! Always friendly service at the window from Wanda, Ankita or Arti. Thanks Barb - for making my breakfast sandwhich just the way I like it. I enjoy the variety of menu items such as the lemonade, flatbreads and wraps. Thanks all!

They make my order wrong almost every time I'm in there good luck getting donuts are Timbits past 8:00 p.m. they're almost always sold out
Every second trip they make my coffee wrong or get my timbits mixed up, when you’re going to a coffee shop to get a coffee you shouldn’t have to take your coffee back every second time and have a new one made because they can’t make your coffee right, when you pay $2.65 for a cup of coffee it should be right every time, no expectations.
i get a vanilla iced coffee everytime i’m there. every second time i get one they get it wrong and have to remake it! not very good service having to get them remade 99% of the time! $3.69 for an iced coffee it should be good everytime!
