Best pizza in the town!!!

I've ordered here many times before but tonight was a disgrace.
I ordered takeout and got pasta and pizza, the pizza was all right other than being weirdly cut but that's not a bother.

What was a bother though was the chicken alfredo I got for my mom, the fettuccine was undercooked and stuck together, the entire chicken breast had been cut and just placed on one side with sauce dumped on top of the noodles. The chicken chunks were massive and had to be cut down at home.

But the cherry on the pie tonight was the slice of Wonder Bread brutally toasted and slathered with garlic butter. No offense this business serves Subs why did I receive a slice of bread with garlic butter, something I could have made at home. Why do you even have a loaf of bread in the kitchen? 😭😂

I’ve visited this place multiple times before, but after my most recent experience, I’m extremely disappointed. My friend and I specifically ordered chicken shawarma, as we don’t eat beef or bacon. However, when our order arrived, one of the shawarmas had bacon strips in it. When we addressed the issue, the person assisting us, Prabjot, showed no empathy or understanding and eventually we had to cancel the shawarma which had bacon and asked for refund. The service was poor, and the refund we received was less than the actual price of the shawarma, found upsetting. It’s disappointing that they couldn’t even refund us the full amount. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return again. And now I get a response on two things
1. the refund- which we requested for one shawarma which costs 12$ the other was a platter for which we paid and also tipped the person who took our order because she was good to us.

And 2. You portraying that my friend cursed on phone after going home which was a complaint, as he didn’t want to create a scene there in the working hours, which is no where cursing, but replying. if you have a recording, please recheck.

And yes on top of this not being apologetic for what you did, commenting this, shows how your colleague would have apologized us in the first place and you are threatening to call the cops for not creating a scene and writing this review. Anyways good luck!

Vegetarian options: They have options but never know if they would serve non-veg inside it. Be cautious!

The fish and chips was excellent, friendly stuff.

I didn’t know they could slice the pizza toppings so thin ! Couldn’t taste the mushrooms and pepperoni so thin , can’t even taste the mushrooms! Very lite with the toppings and skimpy with the cheese also and expensive for what you get , thought I would try a new place but I was disappointed, back to Alice’s!

The best pizza in Pictou. The owner and staff are very friendly and respectful to your dietary needs.

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to mushrooms and this is the only pizza house that replaces the tomatoe base with a garlic base.
