All the staff are so kind and welcoming and it never takes long for the food to come out and it's delicious

It has a big city brewery feel in a small town. Definitely going back again. Especially in the summer...such an amazing patio! And the flights allowed to try a few different things we maybe wouldn't normally.

The smash burger is hands down the best burger I've tried anywhere. The mac and cheese is delicious and their roast turkey sandwich is to die for. The beer battered fish and chips is another dish id highly recommend.

Best meatball sub ever! Great dill hot sauce. And I enjoyed the poutine too.
I was wanting to check this place out for a while since I am a fan of the Blue Lobster products - especially the tall cans like the Rocket, the Pink Lemonade, and the Tropical Punch.

Great place and was people. I travel up here from the states. I was working Truro this week but stayed in New Glasgow so I could hit up the blue lobster! Highly recommend. One of the hidden gems.

We finally checked out the Blue Lobster. Well I was disappointed
I ordered a Pepsi which was the smallest soft drink I have ever received in a restaurant. About an 8 oz glass full to the top with ice
The wings were ok plain. The sauce was not that great
Fish and chips. All you could taste was grease. And the batter was not cooked in the inside . Even the fries were greasie Coleslaw was plain cabbage no sauce
I’m not hard to please but definitely not worth $84.00 Then to top it all of. I had to go to the bar to pay and they wanted a tip starting at 18%
NOPE. Not happening
Great spot, very accommodating for a large group. Service was fast and friendly, food was very good.

Nice restaurant, with good service and decent food. We felt welcome, and the Christmas decorations very fitting. Very limited wine list, but it's more the "brewery' type, which is completely expected. Thanks for a nice evening.

I recently dined at Blue Lobster and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the incredible waitress. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.
The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my drinks were always full. She even went the extra mile to accommodate my requests with ease and grace.
Her friendly and kind demeanor made my evening special. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and genuine warmth. I left the restaurant not only satisfied with the meal but also with a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Blue Lobster Public House and will definitely be returning, hoping to be served by her again!

Was a pleasant surprise to walk in here for the first time! Great vibe, food and drinks! Had the feature cocktail, nachos and chicken burger with caeser salad, all delicious! A bit deceiving from the outside, but worth going in!

We stopped by the Blue Lobster as it was one of the last of the stamps we needed for our Taste of Nova Scotia Cheer Trail passport and really enjoyed our visit. The bartender was very personable and we had a great conversation about all kinds of subjects. The drinks were all absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed the various "low bush" blueberry drinks they had and the education we got while drinking them! Loved the vibe of the whole operation and the food truck inside along with the hangout space outside!

Can't deny the food was good and the modern atmosphere in the evening was refreshing -especially the fire pits and live music that wasn't too loud or overwhelming (probably doesn't have the same effect in the daytime). My main complaint would be the upcharge for garlic aioli sauce to go with the truffle fries (they should come with it).

Food is dreadful. Do not come here if you like good food. Absolutely dire.

We stopped here on the way back from the ferry. The food was delicious ( I had the Cobb salad and my daughter had the skillet meatballs) The service was impeccable, I can’t remember the girls name at the front, but she said she usually closes, she was so welcoming and helpful. I hope that her manger gives her a raise because she sure deserves it. She was just sooo nice ! They have a small gift store in the front , a distillery and make their own beer. If you’re driving through here it’s definitely recommended! A++++
