I don't know how many flavours of ice cream there are because I've never read the entire list. Tonight I had Coyote Canyon which was delicious and the person serving us was excellent too If you are ever in Stellarton in the summer Corinas is really worth a visit.

Great staff at this wonderful treasure we have in Stellarton!
We used to go to another icecream stand until we went here. The icecream servings are huge. Way better bang for your buck and delicious.The prices are very fair compared to other locations. Red velvet dip. Wow! There so many flavours of hard icecream. Highly recommend a stop in for a treat!

Could use better trash cans but other than that the only issue is it's cash only. They do however have an atm. Seating plentiful, including some with shade. Great number of options. Well worth the tiny up charge to buy local.
Owner seems friendly with her staff, but like she's not a pushover. Signs of a good boss. Clean and well managed.
