Received my sandwich which was cut straight down the middle and had plastic in it. Worst 15 $ I ever spent. Will not be returning

I ordered a shawarma chicken rice bowl to dine in, and when I got the food , the rice was not properly cooked. It was so hard to bite and the rice felt like it was frozen. Complained it to the crew and they microwaved it for me. But it was still not good. I ate the chicken and the veggies and threw the rest in the garbage. The staff where friendly and they wanted to help me, but I didn't had the time to wait there till they make me another bowl, so I left. I wish they cook the rice well next time.

Dropped in for my daughter's bday supper (her request) with all dozen of her friends. The staff absolutely destroyed the task and made everything perfectly and weren't stressed at all. I hope those staff love their job cause I'd love to order from them again
