The girls in the drive-through today instead of just having an order, write the food in a bag with napkins I’d ask for and then they kept my change. Didn’t even offer it to me. That’s not the first time either. I don’t come lots of times here but stuff and now I’m not filling out your survey so anytime I try to do any of that stuff. None of it works and same with calling into Tim Hortons complaints.
Very nice employees! I left my purse there and they kept it for me. I’m very thankful for the employees here!

However the best service came after we left.
Having driven 3 hours away I discovered my purse was missing.
When I phoned through their amazing manager, Karen , had not only kept it safe, but today at her own cost posted it back to me.
Wouldn't take any money for helping me, either!
So grateful that there are such kind hearted...
