Just wanted to share a great experience I had at Tim Hortons recently! The place was spotless, and the service was top-notch – super clean and friendly. I especially want to shout out the CSR who took my order. They were incredibly patient with me while I made up my mind (which took a while, haha). There's just something special about these off highway locations where the service seems extra exceptional and every visit is personal and unique. Your team is well trained and growing. Keep it up!
Service was quick in the restaurant and pastry was lovely.
However the best service came after we left.
Having driven 3 hours away I discovered my purse was missing.
When I phoned through their amazing manager, Karen , had not only kept it safe, but today at her own cost posted it back to me.
Wouldn't take any money for helping me, either!
So grateful that there are such kind hearted...
