“I’m on Cape Breton with my two kids for vacation from Washington, DC. We’re staying in a remote area and came into town to buy groceries, and decided to pop in and try bubble tea. The kids have tried it before, but I hadn’t. The ladies made me a surprise drink. The whole experience was delightful. The hosts were friendly, the tea tasty and fun, and the store was so cute. I’d come again if I ever had the chance. It was just one small adventure on our holiday, but it was a real treat on a rainy day.”

“We are from Ontario so we were looking for good, affordable, local restaurants and found this incredible place! Had the turkey dinner and coconut cream pie for dessert. The rest of our party had the chicken parm and lasagna and also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Live music was incredible and the whole place just felt like a home away from home!”

“My family had lunch at Kay’s today. It’s a small restaurant, but so great. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. The service was fast and the food was yummy. Everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. Also, the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Sydney.”

“My brother in Montreal recently had some meals sent to me from you guys and I’m just finishing my fourth one and I wanted to send a quick message of appreciation!! I was not expecting it and boy am I glad I received it 💗 So far I’ve eaten the turkey dinner, chicken stir fry, chicken noodle and turkey vegetable soup. The portion size has been more than enough, everything has been full of flavour and doesn’t compromise one bit on quality. I have been raving to him by picture and text after every meal about it lol and I was heating the stir fry the other night while I was having some treatment done by a friend and they are someone who’s business orders every week locally! If I remember correctly you use to run the Bean Bank? and my mom and I spent many, many hours in there after the library and you were always so happy and friendly! So I want to say thank you for making my days a little easier with your delicious meals. I will certainly be a returning customer who will be spreading the word! 🥰”

“We took my Mom, who has dementia, out for a drive and she insisted we eat and she chose Asian cuisine so we had the easy choice of picking A Bite of Asia awesome the food and atmosphere there and figured Mom would be fine. Suffice it to say, it didn't go as well as planned. she was very excited until she saw her plate. it was a lovely presentation but her dementia decided thst her plate didn't look the way she had expected and, without trying the food, told the staff she couldn't eat it. They amazing staff was unphased and attempted to please her with another dish. Once we were able to get her to settle in another option I took the opportunity to apologize and let the staff know ow what was up and asked.them.to please not take anything personal. Mom turned her nose up to the second plate which we k ew she would like as she eats it quite often. I just want to thank the incredible Management and Staff at A Bite of Asia for the patience, compassion, and understanding theu showed my Mom as well as my wife and I. You did an amazing job under the circumstances nd I want everyone to know.”

“As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that New York Fries offers veggie-friendly options—especially their delicious veggie fries, which I absolutely love. It’s one of the few places I consistently visit just to enjoy a satisfying snack that fits my dietary preferences.
The fries are always fresh, crispy, and flavorful, and it’s great to see a place that doesn’t compromise on quality.
That said, I’d love to see even more vegetarian choices added to the menu. A few more creative toppings or plant-based sides would make the experience even better!”

Pipping hot whopper with the flame taste (could be liquid smoke... I don't care)!

It's fast, the service is perfect, it's clean and it doesn't matter if you go late at night or for a quick lunch, they always deliver the same BK perfect experience.

If you feel like tasting the real Burger King experience, go there. There's BK everywhere, but only a few serve the classic grilled taste.... The others switched to a cheap and fad taste that ressemble to the golden arch with cold burger.”

“Time Hortons is a coffee shop. It offers quick service. Light lunches and the best coffee and tea. Also sweets. It's my favorite place for lunch and break time.”

“Growing up in the peir every time I go In this store it brings so many memories of my childhood and my grandmother Betty (White) King. and it sure helps they make my favorite sugar donuts, where I always buy my bag of brown rice, and I miss Bernies bakery so much (anyone makes or knows how to make bernies bakery cinnamon buns the ones that are like bun I would love to get my hands on them) But if anyone misses the pizza from the bakery we grew up going to stop in here they make just like bakery did. love them just picked some of my favorites up.”

“Staff was friendly and efficient, tables were mostly clean, the drinks I had were of a good standard. I visited just before closing so stock levels of baked goods were very low. The photo is of the outside of the building in which this branch of Tim's is located at the front of the building and to the left of the front entrance. I will update my review next time I visit and try to get some photos of the interior.”

“Pretty good pizza with tasty crust! Staff is friendly too. Like other reviewers have said, I do find the pizzas a little inconsistent, with them sometimes not being cooked as much as other times. But all in all a good place to order from!”

“I have been going to the new moon for Decades and always raved about their egg rolls ! Well I was there today and as usual the egg rolls were delicious! But holy Hanna, talk about shrinkflation ! They are half the size than they use to be ! It’s sad as I travel now all the way from Halifax just to have a meal there (which is also delicious ) but such small size egg rolls was a definite let down !”

“it has been years sense I was here but just had a few smithqivksand a medium steaks teak and I cam honestly say my mind and belly feel satisfied. very pleased with my short time here. along with li e music being performed. which very few places have I might add. I am very very happy with my decision to come here.”
