“I visited this restaurant this morning with my child. An older staff member took our order. Because I didn’t clearly hear her questions about how I wanted the eggs cooked and what type of bacon and bread I preferred, I had to ask for clarification.

Unfortunately, the cold attitude and impatience she showed made both my child and me feel quite uncomfortable and saddened. I understand that restaurant staff work hard and may be under pressure, but the service we received left me disappointed with what has always been one of our family’s favorite fast-food restaurants.

My child later asked me why she was so mean to us. I didn’t know how to answer and simply said, “Maybe she was having a bad day.” I hope future customers can receive a warmer and more welcoming experience.“

“We had a staff member offer us a frosty for waiting in line, we waited about 15 minutes because of other vehicles in line, nothing crazy. The staff member was so sweet and asked our preference and gave us free small frosties, he was an older gentleman with glasses. It absolutely made our day! Staff there has always been so nice and accommodating. And the food at this particular Wendy’s have never disappointed (and we’ve never had our order wrong) thank you for the awesome service!“
