Yesterday I visited the store and food and staff both were amazing

As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that New York Fries offers veggie-friendly options—especially their delicious veggie fries, which I absolutely love. It’s one of the few places I consistently visit just to enjoy a satisfying snack that fits my dietary preferences.
The fries are always fresh, crispy, and flavorful, and it’s great to see a place that doesn’t compromise on quality.
That said, I’d love to see even more vegetarian choices added to the menu. A few more creative toppings or plant-based sides would make the experience even better!

I had a great experience at New York Fries in Mayflower Mall! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. Their classic fries are always crispy and perfectly salted — you can really tell they use quality potatoes. I ordered the Pulled Pork Poutine, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, and the balance of cheese curds, gravy, and pulled pork was spot on.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome. Even during a busy time, they kept the line moving quickly without sacrificing quality. The counter area was also very clean, which is always a plus.

whenever i order I don't receive seasoning, the staff is worst.

New York Fries are amazing. Their Veggie Fries are always great!

Three staff members teaming up to serve one pop to their buddy while the rest of us waited like extras in a bad sitcom. I think they deserve an award for 'Most Dedicated Pop Delivery'—just not for customer service. Truly horrible.

Lets get the good right out of the way. They arguably have the best poutine on the island; especially so if you enjoy non standard poutines. Their hotdogs are not next level but they're not bad either—they are entirely passable. No complaints.

My complaints come from the service. I ordered a combo from them on Doordash. A combo: a dog, poutine, and a drink. They put my drink in a separate bag from the hot foods which is appreciated but they put the condiments in the bag with the poutine making them warm and disgusting. Why would you do that? Especially when there is a bag with nothing but a cold bottle of pop in it?

On top of that they use wooden forks. Do not eat here if you don't have access to a metal or plastic fork unless you plan to eat entirely with your hands. I know they're good for the environment but they completely change the taste of the food and for the worse.

I took a point off for atmosphere because its in a mall and the food court seats in there are bolted to the ground which is very tacky and lame.
