“My husband and I had a lovely dinner at The Dory. The service was welcoming, fun and friendly, we experienced a birthday sing along that involved the whole restaurant singing to the birthday girl! Our meals were delicious, my husband has the seafood linguine and I had the Tuscan Linguine. It was a lovely evening out.“

“We are from Ontario so we were looking for good, affordable, local restaurants and found this incredible place! Had the turkey dinner and coconut cream pie for dessert. The rest of our party had the chicken parm and lasagna and also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Live music was incredible and the whole place just felt like a home away from home!“

“We chose to eat here due to the great reviews. But be aware, it is not easy to get in. They are closed Monday and Tuesday. I had to make reservations 5 days out. We liked it so much, we all wanted to return, but there were no openings during our remaining time in the area. Plan ahead! The food was delicious! The service is over-the-top good. The chef came out to the table a couple of times and gave us samples of a couple of things. Seating is limited, so this is why you have to reserve so far in advance. I'd say that this is the best place we ate during our stay on Cape Breton Island. We all loved it.“
