It's been years, maybe a decade, since I've been here. I assumed it was still a mainly deep friend and meat oriented menu which isn't really what I look for. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu today and the food was great! I had the chicken, beet salad, which had feta and candied cashews. It was excellent. The chicken pasta in a white sauce wad also super flavourful. Great service

Food is good, but worst service on the planet. Don't order take out and pick it up, if you do then bring a chair and a pillow.

Disapointed. Long wait, and the waitress forgot one of our partie's meal. Food was sub par for the high price. Not a fan. The otber waiters were helpful though.

Lots of space to move around. Very cool inside on a hot summer day. Food came out so quickly (and was amazing!) and servers were incredibly kind.

Good service and the kid size fish and chips for $9.99 including a juice was very reasonable. I enjoyed the fish tacos, however the poutine had just mozzarella instead of proper cheese curds, and the rainbow cake tasted like it was a few days old.

A lovely gem with great food.
Our usual eating place when we're down along the coast beautiful area Super friendly staff, licensed as well
Went with a group service and food very good
Food is okay. As a local I tend to avoid the restaurant. Expensive for what you get.
Big Al's is one of those places that you just need to experience. Friendly staff and good food. My wife and I try to get there at least once a year for their Asian Wonton Nachos. Nobody else in this province does them like Big Al's does them
