Always love stopping in at Big Al's whenever we are out that way and near Tatamagouche. Food is always good, serving sizes and prices are decent. The Reuben is one of best I've ever had! This is a very popular spot so making reservations is a good idea.

Won't impress anyone, but you will be fed. We appreciated not having to cook while on vacation.

Been traveling the east coast for 2 weeks now. After eating at all kinds of restaurants from 1 to 4 star, I can honestly say this was the best food out of the whole trip. I just got a burger and poutine but my heavens it was good.
Parking: No lines painted but I would say 20+ around the building.

Didn't eat inside this time but attended the car show which was great but they needed more space. The young lady organizing it did a wonderful job 👏!! Friendly people.
If you are looking for generic deep fried food this is your place. Located in Tatamagouche it has developed a bit of a reputation such that some locals refuse to eat there. Big portions and beer on tap, but oddly only big names Bud, Coors etc No craft beers. Weird given that Tatabrew is just up the street. Everything else on the menu you would expect. We don't eat there anymore.

Mallory accommodated our desire for an older menu item that is delicious. She is always pleasant, efficient and accommodating. We were so happy with our Carribean Curry Chicken and rice. Carrot cake was super moist and fresh.
Forgot to take photos cause it smelled so good.
