This location has to be one of the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Staff consistently mess up orders, are unhelpful and rude, wait times are higher than other locations even when they aren't busy.

No matter what I get, no matter what time I go they send me to that third window to wait an extra 10 minutes, never once have I not had to go to that third window, and I order ahead most of the time. Not to mention I’m met with argumentative and rude staff unless the man who I assume is the manager is there. The food is cool or stale and the ice cream here has such a weird texture I cannot eat it…I’ve started just driving to Tantallon or bayers lake

Asked for poutine with crispy chicken, they said oh you want the bbq poutine and I said no i want the poutine with crispy chicken. They accept the order and I got the soggiest fries with cheese and bbq sauce

My order is never correct. I always pushed to wait for my meal at another window even when no one is behind me so they can skew their numbers. The App takes forever to load. The codes rarely work. It always causes a problem. Staff are rude.
Absolutely amazing service at this location. Food is fast. However, the policy that the owner has in place is NO TIPS. I was absolutely shocked. This owner is not only taking advantage of newcomers to Canada with minimal wages, but limiting their income through this ridiculous store policy. I have lived in Timberlea/Hubley my entire life and I am appalled to share the same community as someone who has this oppressive vision.

Recently visited the Timberlea location and was very disappointed. Order was very messed up , they put sugar and cream in my black coffee that I ordered, the sprite pop was just sweetened water , no straw . They said that the meal came with the croc guess what no croc !!!!!!! Very unhappy little boy . Do better McDonalds

Convenient location when the little guy wants nuggets. Like any McDonald's, check your bag before you drive away to make sure you have the correct order and nothing is missing.
