Our first time at the TBR last night as we are from Moncton NB area. The service was absolutely amazing. Friendly and attentive staff. Gordon Zinck was SO entertaining! Next time we are in Timberlea we will definitely return. Thank you to the staff and Gordon for such a wonderful evening!

A fine place for a decently priced meal.
Kind of an “old school” menu. Steak and fries, hot chicken sandwich, and beer. Nothing wrong with that, just if you’re looking for something new and exciting it won’t be here
I had the hot chicken sandwich. The word Hot was not part of this meal… the gravy was bland packaged stuff, the chicken was actually really nice but could have beet much warmer.
The fries were decent, nice and crisp.
The winner here for me though were the “potato skins”. And it’s in quotes because it’s more like thin sliced taters than actual potato skins.
They were loaded heaving with cheese and bacon and were delicious!
I will need to return one weekend for an Eggs Benedict during their Brunch menu!
Parking: Big , free parking lot.

Sign out front says 7.99 brunch. Was charged 8.99. asked before ordering how much for extra bacon, waitress says umm 2.50. Was charged 3.99. thought 2 brunch and 2 drinks would be roughly $25 before tip. Was $34

I returned home for a visit from abroad. It's been quite some time since I've been here. Although before it wasn't well managed is has not gotten better and I'd say it's gotten worse. Upon entering it was seat yourself which is fine. While it was not busy at all we waited an unreasonable amount of time for a waiter to appear just to ask us what we wanted to drink. There were no menus given to us to see what there was to drink. After the drink was served we had to ask for a menu to look at the food option. Menus should have been brought
to us as soon as we sat down. No it was not busy and we watched the staff hang around chatting with eachother while we waited for service. I ordered the 8oc steak. It was not good at all. It was not cooked to my request and did not have any seasoning on it at all. No nothing. I won't forget about the 11 fries that were served on the side. And canned corn... It wasnt enough to feed anyone with an appetite. I don't think a few more fries would have costs much. With table salt and hp sauce to mask the overcooked chewy cut of meat I was very disappointed in not only the food quality and portion but the service. I am not one to speak up and complain on the spot so I ate the food unsatisfied and still hungry. With no business experience I could manage this restaurant better with one hand and one eye. It has always been poorly managed even when I was younger. I hope one day that will change as there is potential for this place to be half decent.

Decent little pub but their prices are higher than advertised. I ordered food and when I got the bill they had charged me a few dollars more for each item and told me they hadn't updated their outside signs NOR the menu.Be ready to spend a little more than advertised as it is false advertising.
Pretty good food for the price point! Wings are usually awesome. Kenny, Trevor and Pat are awesome at the bar and the girls are great too. A simple but great spot to gather with family and friends to enjoy a few drinks and some grub.
