First they messed up the order in drive through then, I had to wait and finally got the order. Later on the parking lot opened the order and realized there was no spoon for the chilly soup. Drove back to the drive through and asked for spoon, the guy gave the spoon, but why he looked so mad I dnt understand. No greeting no apology nothing. Pathetic customer service. Whoever training these people should be fired man. Remember , a smile or greeting goes a long way and say sorry when you mess up or make a mistake. That’s what people do!

I have now been to this branch twice in last couple weeks where I have been told they've run out of hash browns. This morning...9.30 AM...I wanted a breakfast box and coffee....this early in the morning and you've already run out of hash browns??? That's a staple ingredient! Then I'm asked if I want to double on something else...well I don't have a choice. It should be given for free if you can't complete the order that is listed on your menu...or take it off the menu...or tell me when ordering you dont have...why wait till after I have placed the order? Do a stock take ...make sure you have MORE than enough.. breakfast box is sold till 11 am so how can you run out so early!!

The steeped tea Kis always perfect but the donuts, specifically the apple fritters are hit and miss. Sometime mushy, sometimes partly raw inside sometimes still frozen. This is the only Tim's I have ever experienced that at. No quality control.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have gone to. The staff are extremely rude. No customer service at all and the wait while they speak their language to each other and make the customers wait until they are ready to service you. Something really needs to change, or you are going to lose your customers. I work in customer service and if this was my business, I would really be concerned about what's happening. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Do they not realize that without customers, they would not have their jobs. Very unsatisfied customer here and I think spending more money and going to Starbucks will be worth it.

Im a frequent customer at Tim's few times a day I have nothing but problems with the Tim's at ur timberlea Nova Scotia location on more then enough times had your employees read back my order pull up pay for it wait for it n it not all be there ask for the rest of my order n they give dirty works talk n there language they speak n laugh . It's redicilious teas never made usually I'm always waiting foods hard or just thrown together and employees are the shits. I asked for managers number or someone to contact with complaints they tell me they have no one. Which I know is a lie as I used to be an employee for Tim's some time ago.

Worst service and food ever had in Tim Hortons, will never come back again. Staff should be more polite and they were talking very loud in working area. I ordered chicken wrap, but the chicken is still cold and frozen, when I try to take it to counter and wanna ask if they can heated again. the staff just told me cause I ordered 15 mins ago, even not wait for me to finish my sentence and just interrupted me.

They need to learn/ get train properly.
Bad behaviour, rude when pointed out what is wrong, gave us spilled coffee, no markings for coffee ordered. Just throw the coffee for pickup and no responsibility how that has been placed. Management has to properly train them. Very bad

I ordered steep tea just half an hour ago and i came to pay via drive thru, in that time period she said me your tea is cold. What the hell is this?? Less than half minute my tea got cold??? And the she said I can microwave it, i did not say a single word to her and then she microwaved it untill it turns into fire. Extremely hot. Bullshit service at all. That was small chubby girl even did not greet before and after her bad service. Dont want to get this experience. Kindly focus on staff. Its not under the guidelines of tim hortons to microwave that coffee cup and she did that confidently. Pathetic behaviour!!!
