Don't let the old school theme fool you, the food packs a flavourful punch and they will make it spicy or mild depending on you're pallet, me and my brother love the j*** chicken and pork!
Had take out from Ella's for the first time today and it was excellent! My only suggestion would be to order hot if you like a bit of spice, we ordered medium and it was very mild but the flavor was still great.
My wife and I both love Jamacia, it's food culture and people. This is the best Jamacian food I've had off the island. My son it was his first exposure to West Indian food and he loved it. Went with a island traditional dish first out with Salt Fish. Highly highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already your missing out.
