Worst store i ever visited didn’t recommend to anyone. Staff were so rude
40 minutes waiting even though they don’t have any other customers. Such a lazy people working here

Had a longer wait than expected for a Tuesday, but killed time by walking around the pond next door. The burger I had was delicious.

11 of us went to Frank and Gion's last night (Wednesday) and
don't know where to start. We got seated then waited forever to be waited on. We ordered drinks and nobody came back for 15-20 minutes. We finally got to order our food and waited a unacceptable amount of time for it to arrive. When our meals finally arrived most we lukewarm at best and at least three had to be sent back.
Overall a really bad experience and all 11 said they most likely never return. It was my second bad experience in the last 6 weeks. It used to be a fairly good place to go but not anymore!!

Had the spinach dip appetizer to start and was very impressed. Had the broccoli and chicken Alfredo off the lunch menu as a main and again was impressed.
I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Bathroom had pee all over the floor, spinach dip was basically cream cheese only with a little bit of toppings. Got their frank sweet burger. No flavour in the patty. Sauce had no flavour. Have to ask for refills. Probably won’t ever go back. I tip for good service and food. Not your building or name or kindness of staff. But the things I actually have to pay for.

The calamari was absolutely amazing, menu says they are committed to local food and try to avoid large bulk frozen shipments and you can tell in the taste

The food was delicious and the server was friendly but was not the most efficient. Service was slow and orders not exactly right and food had started to cool down. The pizza, pasta and ribs were okay cooled but the chicken bites and rice were not so great. Rice was mushy and veg limp. I will still eat there again since the other foods were that good.

Hi I am super excited to going back after 3 week but this time experience was opposite this time I had placed an order for burger, pizza and fish and chips moreover fish was super oily fries was cold same with pizza and burger too. When I complained to waitress about that she told me we are running low in kitchen staff my concern is that's ur problem not mine need to hire extra staff and I am will make sure to myself not to go back there.

Waitress was more interested in mixing drinks than serving her tables. Waited forever between apps, salad and main. Bread brought out well before main and was cold by the time our food came
