Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar

Went on a Tuesday night, steady not busy, got seated and waited. Nobody came to my table , there were about 4 or 5 staff on, they just kept on walking past me. I also noticed there were 2 servers rolling cutlery in the back, 3 servers passed me, plus a bartender, nobody said anything to me. So I got up and left. Poor service, I was really looking forward to having their fish and chips... Restaurants can't afford to have poor service. I don't care how busy it is, but someone should at least told the server I was waiting. How can staff walk passed a customer that has nothing in front of them, not get noticed. The hostess should at least tell the server that they have a new table. That didn't happen. You have to at least be told that a waitress will be with me soon. Just stopping and telling a customer that she will be right back, let's people know that you have been noticed. No team work....they all work on their own tables, can't they at least tell the server that they have a new table. Service is everything, but not here.

Very welcoming place. The best staff around. Friendly, respectful and very efficient. Amazing food that taste great and excellent prices. It is very evident that the team works well together and management keeps things running smoothly.

Made reservations for a birthday gathering..the food was delicious but our waitress..Brittany.. went above and beyond..always smiling and great service

We were excited to eat here , it’s been years ordered a burger and fries , the fries were good but the burger was drowned with the special sauce so she got me a new one by the it came my husband was done so just took it home as take out , had potato skins for an appetizer, didn’t like them had a curry sauce on them not what I expected! So I don’t think I will be back ! Staff was friendly and good service just not so great food !!

I stopped in for lunch to try their food after being told by some people that it was a great place to go

I got the nachos with the pulled pork and then I also got their burger along with fries and the onion ring crown

Everything was good. Very filling.

I have not felt good 24 hours later, may have been rich food or something else.

I will have to avoid there for a few months.

The server was delightful, efficient, and accurate. I, sadly, didn't get her name. There were four of us with an extensive and varied menu of items, we chose what we thought we would like the best, and we were very pleased. To the point we ordered other items for takeout! Good value for sure, and the food really was delicious. A new spot for us to be certain.

RS Willie’s has awesome atmosphere, great service and my steak was perfectly done. Highly recommend this restaurant and since it was a full house I’d say many others do too. Thank you for a good meal.

Waitress was very nice and friendly.Food was terrible. Pulled pork had no taste to it. For it being called a smokehouse, I don't think anything was freshly smoked . Won't be back

The mushroom caps are terrific. The donair burger was good.

I had their " famous fried clams." The didn't meet the Maine standards for fried class. The picture is what was left that didn't have class. To say I was disappointed would be an under statement.
