Coming to this market makes me feel more a part of this town than anything else. We are so lucky to have this market with such a wide selection of vendors in Truro. Need veggies? Got it. Need Skin care? Got it. Need some spirits for your alcohol cabinet? Got it. I recommend you make this a stop on your list when visiting Truro. Open Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
A nice market with nice snacks and treats, but could benefit from more variety and a larger number of vendors.
When we got here there wasn't much interesting to see, but judging by other photos, it's just we weren't that lucky. Overall, for such a small town, it's a pretty decent place where you can find food and various goods if you choose the right time to visit this place.
The produce, the crafts, the food....wow! Worth a visit
Great friendly atmosphere, fresh products, fresh vegetables, fresh breads, eggs ,honey, a bit of everything beautiful crafts as well. It's worth checking out and getting a bite of food as well ? ?
Beautiful place where traders are welcomed. I advise things to be made locally.
A great little market in Truro. I had a tasty Chai latte and some delicious homemade cookies for a snack.
Was in truro for the day and grabbed some big tomato plants for a reasonable price gotta love farmers markets
Stopped by on our way through from Halifax. Very worth stopping in. Great snacks for the road, place to stop for meals, kid friendly (nice way to break up the drive). Great food, music, and local products.
Excellent

Great little community place great vendors
Truro Farmers market is one of the best markets for grocery shopping. Every week I am able to purchase meats (fresh, local and grass fed), fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread and even cheese all in one stop. There are also excellent artisans - lovely soaps, hand spun yarns, and a rotating array of jewelry makers, potters and wood workers. I really enjoy how the market has the option of purchasing market dollars to use as cash. The fees for purchase go back into the market (rather than to an unaffiliated bank machine provider), and using market dollars saves the vendors from some of the banking fees.
They do not support local services such as electronics made in Nova Scotia and would create jobs but oh no you rejected me thinking how can somebody do all that you are monkish to me stick to selling dolls and food like primates never going to bring more local businesses or jobs thanks for the rejection time to grow on my own E bay online but I will never be nice to you guys ever. I sold pendants 3 years ago and had no issue but they are made of parts all not from locally you still let me sell them because pendants are too primitive for you to understand. I hope everybody likes my review.
Some items are expensive
All manner of goods available here. Just leave your cash. Good for the local farmers/artisans to have a forum to display their wares....
