Staying in Yarmouth and looking for a place for dinner…..make the drive to Tusket! We found this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised. You would not know while driving by, that the building with the restaurant sign housed this local gem. Onion dip, fish & chips, and a burger. All were good, with friendly service. If I am ever west NS again, I will definitely be back!

A very nice small restaurant with high quality menu choices. Friendly service. Make reservations, especially on weekends. I has the steak and shrimp and it was by far the best steak I’ve had since coming to Nova Scotia

Wedgeport Antiques
working in Tusket this week and was looking for something quick and easy for lunch. Stopped in and a couple minutes later, i was out the door with the most delicious soup and homemade bread with fresh herb butter. All for the same price as the grab and go sandwiches I've been eating all week.

We went to dinner last night and I ordered my usual duck confit. However, it came overloaded with little crispy onions? Really don’t know but with the addition of too much salt it wasn’t very good this time.

What a wonderful surprise in Tusket! This is the perfect menu - fresh and accessible with a modern home-style feel and perfectly executed. I had a hard time deciding what to order because I wanted everything (this rarely happens for me). Moderately and sensibly priced.
