“Their frozen meat pies are great as are their cookies and fresh baked goods. I would suggest they put a better/more efficient system in place for paying. There are two counters however no one know where the line starts to pay. Sometimes there is one line, then each person goes to whichever counter is free. But sometimes there are two lines and no one knows which is to order food and which is to simply pay for an item and leave. Both? And none of the staff ever explain. If you want to grab a loaf of bread and get out, you can wait forever due to the line confusion which often results in others who just arrived being served before you because randomly one line became two. I suggest they make it one single line, clearly marked, then each person goes to whichever counter is open, just like you do in a bank. Counter confusion is my only complaint, otherwise lots of love!“
