A&W used to be the best burger I don't know what happened now the service isn't that good food lost its quality the root beer tastes different I hope they get back their quality before it's too late

Came through the drive thru tonight and was very happy. The girl at the speaker/window was pleasant and fast. Food came quick, accurate, and was delicious. Thanks for a great experience tonight.

Worst experience ever, older lady with short hair got my order ( plain plain teen burger) and it came with cheese onions and whatever. Even though I said nothing at all on it. She said it was plain and made me look like a moron. I’m seventy and have been going to a&w since the 60s all across Canada and have never been treated like this. Good thing I don’t live in Windsor so I don’t have to go back I feel bad for young girl at cash as she was delightful. Too bad for anyone who has to deal with her.

9.5/10 Friendly staff. Best burgers with fresh buns, succulent patty and fresh crisp lettuce and veg. My only complaint is onion rings are too salty.

Horrible food. Bought 2 spicy habanero sandwiches and they had a drop of sauce in them ? like spent 30$ for 2 tasteless sandwiches and mayo packets which you can’t even open. Ruined our lunch and money!

Had a quick lunch. The food was good (consistent with A&W). Their onion rings are the BEST. Burger was excellent. I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who served us, but she's a rock star! So friendly and professional. (Jean is the name on the receipt) I would recommend this restaurant.

It took 10 minutes for a buddy burger and fries. The fries were cold and the burger was supposed to be no mustard it had mustard on it. This is second time that they have done this to me

Just arrived here, door locked, claims dining room is closed yet theres atleast 25 people in there. I guess you have to be chosen to get in.I left took my money elsewhere
