This evening, I visited the Atlantic Superstore, and it turned out to be a calm and pleasant experience overall. The store was well-lit and organized, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. As I walked through the aisles, everything felt neat and easy to find, making the shopping process smooth and stress-free. There were other shoppers around, but the store did not feel overcrowded, which allowed me to move comfortably and take my time selecting items. I began my shopping by picking up milk, making sure to choose a fresh carton with a good expiry date. From there, I moved on to the section with dry fruits. The variety available was impressive, and the items were neatly packed, making it easy to choose what I needed. I then selected a few snacks, browsing through different options before deciding on some familiar favorites for later enjoyment. The snack aisle was colorful and well-stocked, which added to the enjoyable experience. Next, I visited the vegetables section to buy fresh produce for supper. The vegetables looked fresh and vibrant, and the area was clean and well-maintained. I carefully chose a selection of vegetables that would be perfect for preparing a healthy and satisfying evening meal. The fresh smell of produce and the organized displays made this part of the visit especially enjoyable.
Overall, my visit to the Atlantic Superstore this evening was relaxing and efficient. I was able to buy everything I needed without any hassle, and the pleasant environment made the entire shopping trip a positive and satisfying experience.

Ordered a large sandwich platter for a Christmas party and got a phone call the morning of the event stated they could not fulfill the order because someone forgot to check the email. I ordered it over a week ago. No one checked the email for over a week? They offered no options, alternatives, or discounts. Just nothing. Really frustrating.

Revised this review . Very inconvenient stocking shelves . Stock your shelves at night after closing , Skids of groceries sitting in the aisles during the day are a safety hazard for shoppers especially if you are a disabled person . Mouldy fruits are common and not checked. Prices are way too expensive . Do better

This store is really great, been shopping here for a long time. Never had an issue. Employees are nice and polite. Recently we encountered a rude staff, her name is Lily. I understand that it's almost closing time, she didn't say anything but her eyes were rolling and she's giving us the poker face and her impatient gestures, she even said they are supposed to finish few minutes ago, the customer behind us even said sorry for it. Why would they feel the need to say sorry, I do understand. I do work in a restaurant, I do get late tickets and orders past our closing time too but it's the real life and it happens sometimes.

Typical Superstore. Hot food area was cleaned up by 5pm on Saturday - but had hot food in the warmers.

Customer service in this store is fantastic. I have on occasion asked for assistance from a passing staff not realizing she/he was on way to their break and they never refuse to stop and help me. I apologize but they insist that's okay and help me. Cashiers and customer service desk is also top notch and help always available at self service. I do all my shopping at this store. Great buys and specials here too. Two things , would like to have more small carts available. I can't manage the large ones and often have to go looking for the small or wait for one available. Also over the counter items in pharmaceuticals are locked up on sundays ie: antacids section which can be inconvenient. Maybe could move them to another aisle? Just a suggestion. More than once had to go to drugstore for one item. I look for one stop shopping. Hope this suggestion helps you.

Went in to buy on the vine tomatoes on a Friday night because they were on sale for $1.29. All the store had was cherry/grape tomatoes and they said they didn't know when they would get any in. Lol Strange for a store like this not to have any other type of large/normal tomatoes. Especially in mid August.

Love the deals I find, check when ringing in and paying sometimes price mistakes happen. I've been charged for second package of hot dog buns I didn't have.

Price gouging, every Super Store charges way too much, especially of every day essentials. Shame on them for making food survival so difficult on our children. Working parents shouldn't have to turn to food banks to feed their children !!!😡
