This bakery has the best sourdough baguettes we’ve had in Nova Scotia so far! We also tried a few of their pastries and chocolate chip cookies, and everything was absolutely to die for. This will definitely be a stop for us every time we’re driving nearby. Highly recommend!
My fiancé and I go to Bedard’s every weekend! We are obsessed with their croissants and coffee cake, but you really can’t go wrong with buying everything lol it’s all so good!

A stellar bakery with a fair amount of variety. The staff are super friendly, the food they have is super tasty and fairly priced.
If I had to say one negative is that I personally find their sourdough oddly dry no matter what I do. Brushing water on it and warming it up doesn't do much, maybe there's a method I don't know about :p
Overall I love this place, amazing bread, amazing baked goods and sweets, awesome staff, can't recommend them enough!

I recently went to Bedard Bakery for the first time and it was great :) The staff were very friendly! I mentioned that I was having a baby that week and the woman gave me extra treats to stock up on which was so kind! We had their sourdough pizza shortly after coming home from the hospital as well as their garlic bread and it was all delicious :)
