Well, it's 711pm.date Dec11,2024. I order a two-piece with mashed potatoes. I got the first order, but it was the wrong French fries, so The waitress ordered the same wrong food and came to my table. The sad thing was that she gave my order to another person for free. Wow, who does that? I will never be back. Well, the excuse was they ran out of mashed potatoes. Wow. The first time, never again, nothing but an excuse for bad service. 🤔
Just an update: I received a nasty email from this restaurant, which I sent to the Better Business Bural Halifax. Sadly, you voice your nasty service comments, and they target you by sending emails instead of dealing with this problem; they hide behind nasty emails. Well, beware. I will step this matter up to legal action if I receive any more nasty emails

Just like the sign says "Down Home Cooking". We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Great food, great service, great price! Will definitely come back to the Crossroads!

A great and long lasting restaurant, their prices and portions are amazing and they are great for a quick meal for a hungry worker all the way up to hosting parties in private spaces. Great staff and a rememberable experince.

I thought I left a review. Doesn't look like it. We stopped in because we saw home cooking food, but I'm pretty sure my fries were from Costco which I hate! And my chicken burger may have also been from Costco. We were not given the specials of the day either, we heard them as we were leaving. I wasn't impressed. Could have bought my meal at Costco for half the price.

Worst place to eat at it took 40 minutes to get 2 plates.

Got a clubhouse sandwich it it was made to perfection, every bite was amazing and the fries sooo crispy.

Well the one piece fish and chips is just that ! About 10 fries and fish the size of frozen triangle fish . No coleslaw in our order and they forgot the gravy we paid for . I get prices have gone up but the quality sure hasn’t ! I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be back either . Rude phone service also ! No wonder they can’t find employees !

Haven't been there in over 10 yrs and the foods still great and the service was very good. My apologies for being unable to leave a tip.... I forgot my bank card at home and only had enough cash for our meal ❤️❤️

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. It was so quaint and cute inside, and the food was great. Tasted homemade and nothing was greasy. Our waitress was really nice and being the only waitress in a diner with a few customers sitting she was still very attentive! We didn't have to wait long at all for our food, and I was shocked how inexpensive it was when we got our bill. I don't ever leave reviews but it was so great I had to write one. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back when we go out to eat!
